Steven Baldelli
A successful entrepreneur who has been the driving force behind Trident's marketing-driven businesses and a resort owner and operator since the mid-1980's, Steven Baldelli has built many successful ventures founded on the principals of strategic marketing and sales.

With a background in Commercial Real Estate, Baldelli acquired his first resort property in 1986 to create Travel Resorts of America. Catering to the avid RV enthusiast, Travel Resorts emerged on the market with the fastest growing network of campgrounds to provide a unique blend of amenities and attractions. Baldelli's ownership of two resorts, one near Pinehurst, NC and the other in Gettysburg, PA, set the standard of quality that became the cornerstone of Travel Resort's success. Now as part of a network of over 600 campgrounds of various sizes, locations and amenities, Baldelli continues to be amongst those leading the industry into the future of RV camping.

After building a Direct Response Marketing and call-center organization to support his growing companies, Baldelli then took on the communications industry in creating a strategic partnership with DIRECTV as an authorized dealer of the nation's largest satellite TV service. Baldelli's standard of creating a work environment that promotes collaboration and the free exchange of ideas has solidly placed Direct Sat TV as one of DIRECTV's key partners. Recently named 2007 Dealer of the Year, Direct Sat TV continues to succeed with the solid foundation Baldelli created.

Baldelli's expertise in strategic business development, marketing and sales will continue to propel Trident Marketing into new and exciting projects for years to come.

Richard Craven
Richard has a BS and a MBA from Wake Forest University. He is an attorney and CPA licensed in NC. He provides a rare and unique blend of extensive financial management, legal expertise and leadership qualities that provide Trident Marketing with a solid foundation in strategic business development.

In 1982, Craven became a principal in ERICO International. From 1982-1990, Craven had various responsibilities including acquisitions, managing business units in North and South America, and participating in a management buy-out of the $200,000,000 business.

In 1991, Craven founded South Atlantic, LLC with the purchase of Carolina Galvanizing. The business grew revenue by 100% and had 200 employees when Craven sold his interest in 2000. Craven was the principal responsible for financial and administrative operations. During this time Craven was on the Board of Directors of the North American Galvanizing Association, serving as President the last two years.

Aside from his successes in industry, Craven was a partner in the law firm of Welsh & Craven from 1992-2000, and has been involved in several commercial developments with Direct SAT TV Principal, Steve Baldelli.

Roger Baldelli
As Vice President of Administrative Operations, Roger Baldelli brings Trident Marketing 40 years of executive experience.

Based with IBM Corporation as a sales representative, Baldelli quickly moved through the ranks to eventually claim the title of Manager of Small Systems, Western Region, located in Los Angeles, California.

Baldelli's next position was as Director of Aerospace Sales and Marketing with Control Data Corporation (CDC). Baldelli's skills as a strategic thinker and creative marketer led to his eventual role as Vice President and later member of the CDC Policy Committee during his last four years with the company.

Baldelli left CDC and took a position with Fujitsu Computer Products of America where he was promoted to Senior Vice-President of U.S. Sales Operations. A position he held for six years before retiring in 1993.

Seeing a new opportunity arise with Trident Marketing, Baldelli came out of retirement and has been an integral part of the company ever since. Over the past 10 years, Baldelli has held many management positions with Trident Marketing before being appointed Vice President of Administrative Operations in 2007.


 

Robert R. Bouse
With more than 20 years of experience in the Campground and RV Resort industry, Robert Bouse brings a passion for making work fun to his position as Director of Resort Operations at Trident Marketing.

After earning his BS in Recreation Administration from the Southwest Texas State University, Robert worked as General Manager and Operations Director for several individual campground resorts as well as serving as Director of Affiliate Services for Adventure Outdoor Resorts, an affiliate company servicing nearly 200 resorts nationwide. Most recently, Mr. Bouse has served as part of the Franchise Development team for the KOA brand Kampgrounds of America, with a focus on assisting independent campground owners to grow their business by converting to the KOA brand and acquiring campgrounds.

Robert's long list of achievements includes recognition from the National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (NARVC) as a Certified Park Operator, and a National Resort Operator of the Year award from the American Resort & Residential Development Association. Mr. Bouse is also a nationally-recognized speaker and lecturer on the topics of Campground Resort Management and Operations and has offered seminars at events worldwide, including the Australia Caravan Association Convention in Tasmania, Australia.
