Uwe Hagedorn, Director of Customer Service, Installations and Quality
Uwe is the director of customer care, fulfillment, installation and quality assurance at Trident Marketing and enjoys a solid track record of success in operations leadership and logistics excellence.
In this role, Uwe's responsibilities have included the redesign and leadership of Trident's 24/7/365-day call center customer support facility, fulfillment of national customer orders and QA responsibilities for the entire process, end-to-end. Uwe's strengths in strategic planning, building and re-engineering processes to gain optimum quality standards, coordinating resources and delivering on time and within budget have greatly contributed to Trident's rapid growth and success.
Prior to his tenure with Trident, Uwe was employed with Jeppesen, A Boeing Company, at their Frankfurt am Main operation for 20 years, and was promoted to senior manager of distribution in Jeppesen's Denver headquarters team in 1998. Uwe's accountabilities in this new role included design and operating the company's new distribution and printing facility. Once this facility was completed, his role evolved to being responsible for production quality and leading a team to nearly error free logistics in getting products produced on time for Jeppesen customers worldwide.
Hailing from central Germany, Uwe earned a MBA degree in one of the first German schools dedicated to logistics and operations in Hanau/Frankfurt in 1988. One of his first assignments was at the Hoechst AG, concentrating on workflow improvement projects in the textile industries. Uwe has been responsible for projects located in Germany, Middex, UK, Moscow, Denver, Colo., and Los Gatos, Calif.
