Rick Treadway, Vice President of Sales
A native of Columbus, Ohio, Rick has been in the sales profession since 1987 and has been recognized as a top producer since beginning his career. After becoming affiliated with the RV industry in 1988 and launching RV Plus, a membership brokerage company in 1990, he began working exclusively with Travel Resorts of America, brokering memberships. Because of his success with RV Plus, Rick was offered ownership with Travel Resorts of America in 1997 and moved to North Carolina. Rick currently directs all sales for the Travel Resorts of America business and since partnering with the company in 1997, he has increased sales revenues by over 500%.
Rick's leadership has built one of the most efficient sales organizations in the resort membership business. He credits his success to his “home spun” approach to developing rapport with the customer and his sales philosophy, while implementing excellent employee training manuals and programs.
Travel Resorts of America continues to be recognized as an industry leader and is among the top 2% of affiliated resorts in the country in terms of market share and continued growth. In addition, Travel Resorts of America has been a top 10 selling resort company for 13 years running.
In January 2010, Rick became the vice president of sales for Trident Marketing. He brings his hands on approach, employee relationship building and motivational skills to the halls and walls of Trident Marketing.
