Geoffrey Broom, Director of Human Resources
Geoff joined Trident Marketing in 2011 to lead the human resources function for all of Trident Marketing’s companies. His primary focus is to promote a culture of innovation and creativity by supporting management with HR processes and programs, to hire the best and help all employees contribute at the highest level possible. Geoff’s HR leadership experience within a variety of industry segments, including IBM, ITT, Century Communications, Beiersdorf North America, and Rockwood Service Corporation, have prepared him well for our diverse environment. He enjoys guiding and mentoring managers as well as developing new front line employees.
When Geoff is not working, he enjoys all outdoor activities, especially swimming and body surfing at North Carolina’s great beaches. He is also passionate about golf and enjoys playing as well as following professional tour events, particularly the Ryder Cup.
Geoff has both a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Labor Relations and an MBA from Cornell University.
